We are NIXZ RPA Solutions B.V., Stationsplein 45, 3013 AK Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Our Chamber of Commerce number is 81627661. This policy explains cookies and similar technologies on our public website at www.nixz.io. It covers the Dutch and English versions.

The dashboard, browser plugin and third-party websites have separate functionality. This policy does not describe their full storage practices. See our Privacy Policy for information about personal data and your rights.

2. Cookies and local storage

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. Local storage also stores information in your browser. Local storage is not automatically sent with each website request.

We use local storage to remember your cookie choice. We use optional Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity cookies to understand visits and improve our website. Optional marketing cookies support campaign measurement across our website and app.

4. Analytics and consent

Analytics is off by default. Google Analytics measurement and Microsoft Clarity require analytics consent. Google Tag Manager loads only after analytics or marketing consent. Accepting analytics allows Google to receive information about page visits, website interactions, browser and device characteristics, and technical network information.

We use Google Analytics 4. Google Signals is disabled. Google Tag Manager manages our Google Analytics property and Conversion Linker. Marketing consent controls advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation. These remain denied without marketing consent. Microsoft Clarity helps us analyse interactions through heatmaps and session recordings. We mask form input. See Microsoft’s Privacy Statement.

Google may process data outside the European Economic Area. See Google's Privacy Policy and Google's information about partner sites. Cookie lifetime is separate from the retention of collected analytics data.

5. Form security

Our contact and demo forms use Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention. The security check processes technical signals, including browser information and network information. We verify its result on our server before sending an enquiry by email.

Turnstile is separate from optional analytics. Our forms do not request a Cloudflare pre-clearance cookie. Read Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for information about its processing. You can also contact us by email at [email protected].

6. Change or withdraw your choice

Open Cookie settings in the footer at any time. Switch Analytics or Marketing off and save your preferences to withdraw the corresponding consent. You can continue using the website without optional tracking.

Withdrawal stops the corresponding tracking on this website. We remove accessible tracking cookies and reload the page to stop loaded scripts. Withdrawal does not delete previously collected data. Contact us for questions about your personal data.

You can also delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Deleting our preference record brings back the consent prompt. Browser restrictions can affect storage and cookie lifetimes.

7. Updates and contact

We may update this policy after changes to our website or technologies. The date above identifies this version. We request fresh consent for relevant changes to optional tracking.
