Finding a suitable candidate is one thing. Reaching out at the right moment with a message that feels personal and relevant is just as important. This is where recruiters often lose unnecessary time. Candidates are spread across different lists, emails are sent manually and LinkedIn requires yet another screen. Meanwhile, it becomes difficult to track who has already been contacted, when a follow-up is due and where a conversation left off.
Messaging campaigns in NIXZ bring that follow-up together in one clear flow. The module is part of Source and connects directly to finding, reviewing and selecting candidates. Once you have found the right profiles, you can decide how and when to approach them from the same workflow.
Good sourcing is not about collecting as many profiles as possible. It is about finding the right people and approaching them with a story that fits. That is why messaging campaigns form the execution layer of the sourcing process in NIXZ.
First, you create a relevant audience. You can use a manual selection, a LinkedIn Search URL or, if you work with LinkedIn Recruiter, candidates from a Recruiter project. This lets you choose the route that matches the way you source: a small, carefully selected group or an audience based on an existing search or project.
Next, you build a campaign from multiple contact moments. Think of an initial email, a LinkedIn connection request and a personal follow-up message a few days later. You decide the order, timing and channel. Instead of a collection of separate messages, you create a logical rhythm in which every step has its own purpose.
Scalable outreach does not have to feel impersonal. In NIXZ, you can combine fixed copy with variables and AI prompts. AI can use information from the candidate profile, including experience, skills and background. When you link a vacancy to the campaign, that context can be included as well. This helps every message fit both the candidate and the role without starting from scratch for each profile.
You remain in control. Messages can be previewed and emails can be sent as tests, allowing you to check the sender, formatting, variables and generated copy before the campaign goes live. If an email address is missing, NIXZ can automatically enrich contact details, depending on your settings and available credits.
The result combines speed with attention: less repetitive work for the recruiter and a more relevant first impression for the candidate.
The campaign builder is completely new. The audience and consecutive actions are presented as one clear flow. Adding, editing and removing steps is easier, while longer campaigns remain easy to understand.
Changes are saved automatically and the current save status is more visible. New users also receive guidance exactly when it is useful. The builder explains, for example, how the audience determines the queue, in which order actions are performed and how LinkedIn daily limits affect planning.
As a result, campaigns are quicker to set up and easier to understand, including for colleagues using the module for the first time.
An important addition is the LinkedIn connection request as a separate campaign step. You can automatically send a connection request first and only continue with a follow-up message after the invitation has been accepted.
You can precisely define who a LinkedIn action is intended for: new connections, connections created through the current campaign, previous connections or all relevant connections. This prevents every candidate from following the same route when their starting situations differ.
The builder also shows how many LinkedIn messages the connected account can still send that day. When the daily limit is reached, the campaign does not lose its structure. Remaining actions move forward and candidates keep their position in the queue. Notifications about invalid recipients, expired accounts, invitations and character limits have also become clearer.
Once a campaign is active, you can track progress centrally. You can see how many candidates are active, which steps have been completed and where blockers occur. You can pause an entire campaign or temporarily stop the follow-up for one candidate only.
Each candidate also has a combined conversation overview containing relevant emails and LinkedIn messages. You no longer need to search through separate systems or campaign sections before following up personally. When a candidate replies or a conversation is already underway, you can continue with the right context.
With the new messaging campaigns, NIXZ closes the gap between intelligent sourcing and consistent outreach. You find and review suitable candidates with AI, create a focused audience and build a personal approach across email and LinkedIn.
This means less time spent copying, planning and checking. Your team works from one shared process, while candidates receive a message that better fits their profile and the moment. Because the goal is not to send more messages, but to turn a strong match into a real conversation.
